        Excellent quick shipping. Perfectly accurate description of device. Quick communication. Ultimately, I returned the mp3 player for two reasons -- because it was very confusing to use, with its complex and con touch system, and also I assumed the battery -- while I didn't doubt a new one as advertised -- didn't last as long per charge as my Sansa Clip Zip battery does. The refund was handled very quickly. I would use this seller again without any worries. I consider the seller an excellent one.
