They clearly were not ground together, as they are of different heights by one thousandth of an inch one end and have three thou at the other. I'm going to have to grind them parallel and same height. They are clearly new old stock and we're just put together and wrapped up in the factory in China probably. Plus, both are bowed ( checked on a surface plate) ut as they were marked up used I can't complain.
