It was wrapped in bubble wrap so tightly that the box bent, and the box seemed to be slightly too small for the item as well. I brought this issue to the sellers attention and they offered me a reasonable partial refund. They apologized and said that this has never happened with other LPS nibs they’ve sold. The sellers prompt response and reasonable solution to the issue made this a positive experience. Thank you for understanding.

He contacted USPS for me, and assured me that if the package was gone, he would give me a full refund. As soon as he contacted USPS, the package began to update again. He told me it would be there by the end of the week and it was! The customer service and communication is amazing. 100/10 Seller, definitely recommend!!!
