Told me they would send a free copy as this was a mistake made on their part. Afterwards, the package was lost and when I spoke to them about a replacement accused me of asking for "free" things. In the first place, I would've been understanding if they just explained they miscounted the amount of items they believed they had. Which you agree to in our messages. But it becomes lost by USPS with the Chainsaw Man Playset. I spend a week and a lot more time trying to find solutions but in the end lose everything (all cards) due to USPS. And all you can say is "I honestly think after tomorrow if it does not arrive, you will need to send the other playset that is remaining with the SR." You got fully refunded. Negative after all that.
