    Item was advertised as new. When item arrived it was not in any factory packaging and had a broken tab. I contacted seller about it and the said some of their new parts do not have packaging and was sorry for the defect on the tab. I responded again explaining that a broken tab is different than a "defect" with no reply. The part is working now but definitely appears to be a used part, which is upsetting if it is listed as new. If I could do it again I would have ordered from someone else.

The second pump was shipped and arrived promptly. It has performed exactly as described. It was very clean and almost seemed brand new which is amazing considering it's for an older model dishwasher.     Works well!

    The actuator works extremely well! Be sure to clean any gunk around the arm attached to it before installing the new part; if the arm cannot move freely, it will put stress on the moving parts inside the actuator. Our washer is working as good as new!
