It's rough but restorable, and I knew it would need work. I received the package with a hole in the box, right through some of the packing material. This was likely caused by the carrier, who also delayed local delivery for 2 days. Fortunately a good packing job saved the amp. Communication could be improved, but overall a smooth transaction.
