They claimed it was due to underpaid postage, which is just charged to original payment method and would not prevent processing. They refunded without asking my opinion (I stated I was prepared to wait) and then stopped communicating when I asked about re-instigating the transaction and what the proposed solution was from their point of view. Scam or gross negligence. Feedback after 2 day wait.
