    Well designed

    I am a retired engineer and a homesteader. We grow a lot of our own food and process it. This food processor saves lots of time and produces excellent results. Finally got one...why did I wait so long? Well designed and very robust unit. Lots of safety features that do not get in the way of operation.

    Not as advertised.

    I am very disappointed in the feed tube. It advertises extra-wide feed tube and the smaller feed tube with pusher. There is no way to utilize the extra-wide feed tube since the lid must be securely fastened in order to make the machine work. That only leaves the small feed tube option. Everything must be cut into 2" diameter in order to feed it into the processor. It needs a separate lid with wide feed-tube opening and pusher. I think I will return it.

    As described - satisfied buyer

    Our new food processor came in what we were told in advance was a damaged box. Found slight damage inside but we got what we wanted and was certainly worth the price paid - we have zero complaints. Thank you for making this available to us. Cuisinart's DLC series have the extra long motor warranty. When we need another food processor for any reason I'm highly inclined to look at these Cuinart DLC's first. We were having some difficulty cleanng our old Cuisinart and someone 'helped' by boiling the work bowl which destroyed it. Couldn't find replacement work bowl alone but this damaged box model was well priced so we're back up and running and with a spare motor base.

    Good processor with a reasonable price.

    Unless you are a professional chef, this food processor is more than good enough for the average families in the U.S. Cuisinart has been a quality and well known food processor brand for decades.

    Power in a Small Package

    A step just below a commercial model. Very powerful and easy to use. Cleaning is simple plus all parts except the motor base are top shelf dishwasher cleanable. Chops, grates and slices. Occupies a very small space (Fits on a 8.5x11 piece of paper). Very happy with this food processor.
