        A very different Pierce Brosnan Movie!

        I always love Pierce Brosnan, however this is a diversion from his usual character. This is very different. It is entertaining,but I must admit it could have been done better. I feel it is incomplete and after you have seen it, maybe you'll feel that they didn't quiet carry out the 1850 portion to how it resolved. It is definitely worth watching.

        Know in advance it does not follow the book.

        Made very well, great actors, but I made the mistake of reading the book first. As a stand alone, this was a great series and we binge watched it in one weekend. It just doesn't follow the book very well so I was a bit disappointed in that regard. Actors did a great job though.

        Great series

        This is a great TV series. Great writing and cast. If you like westerns, this series is entertaining with a twist of early turn of the century setting with look backs at earlier days of the main characters life and things that made him who he is.
