    Plug and Play - Great speed - Silent Operation!

    Unmanaged network switch perfect for home applications though I don't need 24 ports it works great and best of all it is quiet (no fans) so it is working out great in my home office and is located in a av rack unit right next to my desk so again the silent operation was key. It looks pretty cool but I did mount it on the rear portion of my rack since the cables plug into there directly. I'm not a network expert so this is basically being used as a plug and play device which I see as an advantage. This is perfect for a home office or small business that doesn't have the time or knowledge to set up a managed switch with advance IP configurations.

    Quiet, low power, fast reliable switch

    Lots of ports and informative indicator lights make this a pleasure to add to my home network. Low price makes it that much better all around. High speed with gigabit communications where possible. No more bottlenecks in my system! I'm totally happy with this TRENDnet switch. It's so frugal with power, it doesn't even need a fan!

    24-Ports, no Fan, unmanaged? - Yes please! I decided that my home needed to have a switch for my CAT6e throughout the house, I needed something as quiet as possible and this fit the bill. Excellent, no nonsense design. Integrated Power Supply, low power consumption as well! Would recommend for those who need a switch but don't want the noise.
