    This book has a lot of pertinent information that describes many different and important uses of coconut products including coconut meat, oil, and water. Dispels the rumor that coconut oil is bad for you, and explains the opposite truth that not only is it good for you but in fact is very beneficial for one's health. Highly recommended!
