A partial settlement was offered and rejected. Without consultation, the buyer returned the item via FedEx overnight and now wants a refund for his return shipping. The unit operates properly and is missing only a small vent on the bottom due to impact or cutting, not heat damage. The transaction was promptly refunded in full.
