Good Bose Product
It is lightweight but there are others ones out there that are lighter. It is comfortable but there are others out there that are more comfortable. The sound is good but there are others out there that have better sound but not very many. It really does have good ANC active noise control but not as good as Bose QC25 or 35. The earbuds don't cover as much around the ear and sound leaks through making the passive noise control inferior to Bose QC25 or 35. However, when compared to lesser breads of earbud passive control this model and brand is probably the best there is. It is lightweight but there are others ones out there that are lighter. BOSE needs to remanufacture this 2017 with updated 2023 features
Biggest reason I only gave these headphones 3 stars: You can't use them while charging!!!!! How ridiculous is that??? I didn't realize that these were manufactured in 2017 so the technology is old. Hey it's 2023. Bose, where's the update to address this? Otherwise, I love the neckband feature and the sound is good so I'm keeping them for lack of a better option. The neckband is so lightweight and comfortable that you almost forget they're on. I really like that I can remove one or both earbuds whenever I need to without having to put them somewhere. I was constantly misplacing my last set if they didn't immediately make it to their charging case. The operating features are easy to use. The app could be better. The charging cord should be longer. Great sound, lightweight and comfortable headphones.
I like these headphones a lot; however the noise cancelling feature isn’t great. There is a noise canceling button to adjust the amount of the noise cancelling feature. I really can’t tell weather this button works at all. Overall, everything else about these headphones is great!

I've owned 3 other types of Bose headphones/earbuds. This type has the best sound and the most comfortable of them all. You don't even feel them when you wear them and the sound is fabulous. Its nearly impossible for them to fall off. A wonderful design.

I’m very pleased with this purchase. It arrived in timely fashion and was as described with photos. It does everything I need except it does not do directional sound (but those are Bose Hearphones model w gold colored buds - these are black). They fit exactly the same, and easy to use buttons. The battery does not last as long as I wanted, but I just plug them in after long phone calls so they are ready. This is a problem with all Hearphones - especially since they are several years old. I was a bit skeptical but seller was very good with communication and I’m very happy since I received the product in great condition. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
