      All discs were unopened, and in good condition. Good price for this full series set. Quick delivery time. Unfortunately, the box arrived with damage. One corner was crushed all the way through the inner packaging. Thankfully, it did not affect the disc of the damaged box. (See photos.)

      I originally ordered a Bluray set of Parks and Recreation however seller sent a standard dvd set in error. I returned the dvd set and seller promptly issued me a full credit with ZERO complaints or arguments. I respect that a LOT!       Surefeed to the rescue!

      As our Sphynx male was having digestive sensitivities, he was put on feed-applied supplements and a very expensive specialty diet. We were working around the clock to feed him, while trying to keep twelve other Sphynx from accessing his expensive dietary food. It was exhausting, trying to feed him, ensuring he got enough, before we would have to remove the food for safekeeping. After researching the Surefeed Microchip Pet Feeder, we decided that this was our best option to give ourselves a rest, while providing our boy round-the-clock access to his food. When we received the feeder, we began serving him his meals "within the arc" - to acclimate him to the apparatus. We would manually activate the door gently in increments, while he would be feeding.       Great product --if it works. No support; No warranty.

      I have 3 of these: #1 works fine; #2 works sporadically, #3 was DOA. [I was able top fix #3 by taking a part out of #2]. I have attempted to contact Sureflap support several times and they ignore me. Their "3-year warranty" is laughable. Considering the price I would expect a little support. I really wish I didn't actually need this product but with our two cats, it is a necessity.
