    Smaller but practical

    This phone is just easier to use due to smaller size. I had a phone/tablet or phablet that was a pain to carry on my belt or in my pocket. This updates to IOS9 and does really well. I doe t miss carrying the iPhone 6 Plus at all.

    Poor performance with quickly dying battery

    The phone works, but very slowly. There is a 10-40 second delay for the phone to recognize when I try to select an app or type anything. The battery also dies very quickly. It will jump from 100% to 70% to 50% to 17% to dead within 1-2 hours if it's being used. The worst is when it says that it has 17% battery left and then dies on me.

    Great phone

    I downgraded from iPhone 7 to this iPhone 4s. I am more of the basic old school type of person that doesn't need a tablet sized phone for everyday life which is why I got this iPhone 4s and I'm satisfied. The only thing I don't like is that iOS 9.3.5 makes this phone extremely slow. That's my only complaint. Other than that hope to do business with you again!

    Will not charge. The charge symbol has been on twice since I bought this phone. No good at all

    I can't get a charger cord to work in it. I will go buy another cord today. The one Thau come with it was hard to get to go in it. Tried another it want get connection either. Finally got it to connect once enough to charge it. Then not again. No connection with charger cord I have now tried three cords to charge get no connection. I'm down to 48 percent on the one time it connected when I first opened it. The charger cords don't seem to go in fat enough to connect. One time was it. Phone works perfect just can't charge the battery. This one charge has stayed charged. I even powered it down. I haven't even made it to sprint to finish activating it. My mom passed I been busy. No phone just Internet

    Amazing product. It wasn't expensive and the phone works great. The battery is ok and it had one very very small scratch. Shipping was excellent and recieved in two days. Would gladly buy again if I need another phone.
