You have to buy a cooling shroud if you are placing it mid tower large tower cases. These are server GPUs and require external cooling. When buying a cooling kit measure end to end on your case and only buy the cooling shroud kits that will fit your space. The GPU alone will easily fit but you have to add your own cooling to it. There’s several ways but a cooling shroud kit is more likely best for it.
