The laptop is in better condition then described all minor scratches were noted but were really not that bad well described in the ad. Laptop is working well, had a BIOS password set but seller was quick to respond with the password to then clear it and reset the security of the system. Great seller to work with quick to respond and professional. Would shop with seller again.
