Seller came through even though ebay cart was glitching. Good deal. Well packaged. Laptop arrived unharmed. Reasonable travel time from Cali to FL. I had asked something about condition, they answered but sometimes sellers have SO MANY items it's hard to believe they took valuable time to look. But! As long as seller replied "xyz is not damaged" the buyer can always dispute. OTOH, description disputes waste time! OMG :-( I'm glad to say that seller was 100% correct. Champion. Thank you!

Very fast shipping and well packaged. Great price for this CPU. Unfortunately, The CPU would not post. Seller helped troubleshoot the problem until the conclusion of the CPU being faulty. Great customer support with very quick response times and clear instructions. Seller ultimately requested the unit back for testing and issued a refund. This seller stands behind their products and is honest. I would buy from this seller again without hesitation.
