This computer looked like it was new. Received exactly as described by vendor. I spoke with vendor just prior to shipment and he was extremely pleasant. Computer arrived very well packaged and the shipping took only three days from purchase. I am extremely pleased with this computer and will buy again from this wonderful vendor. Thank you!

Extremely positive experience with this seller. Would absolutely buy from them again. Product was affordable, arrived as described, and the item helped me achieve my goals. The seller was very responsive and walked me through set up for operating systems other than it shipped with.

Based on troubleshooting, it turned out the first GPU sent was a nearly identical-looking but incorrect model, so the seller promptly sent the correct GPU in a second delivery at no additional charge, and said returning the first one was unnecessary. All products were shipped via USPS in reasonable time. Product matched the description, was protected in package by anti-static bag and bubble wrap, was clean with no signs of wear, and was practically a steal for the price.
