    Dinosaurus (Kino Lorber Blu-Ray)

    Highly entertaining color, early 60's dinosaurs-on-the-loose film. On an isolated Caribbean island a construction crew digs up two dinosaurs and a Neanderthal, apparently quick frozen intact eons ago. They get accidently defrosted, get loose and mayhem and comedy ensue. You get a stalwart hero, a pretty red-headed heroine, a cute kid, a seedy villain, and an island full of dino fodder. The caveman even gets to throw a pie. Not a great movie, but fun. The dino effects are poor but OK for this kind of entertainment. The Kino Lorber Blu-ray is excellent quality with lots of trailers and some extras. Highly recommended.
