    This is a great Czech Cookbook with a wide variety of recipes. The recipes I have tried so far have turned out well. It is a pleasure to make these 'old fashioned' foods from my childhood that taste so good and come with so many good memories. Book was delivered promptly and packaged well.

    Excellant recipes

    Being from a Czech/Polish family heritage, there are many recipes within the book that I can remember my Busia making almost the same way. If you want to keep your family heritage alive with your children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren, this book is excellent.

    Brings back my mother’s recipes!

    This is really a great cookbook. Many recipes are very similar to my mothers recipes. I couldn’t believe it. Enjoyed reading the history of poppyseed and the importance to the immigrants. This cookbook makes a wonder gift who is interested in Czech cuisine. Highly recommended.
