I received the toner and installed one in my printer. It worked fine. When it started getting low, I removed it. I noticed that a spring on it wasn’t attached on one side. The unit won’t register in the printer now. I pulled the 2nd toner out of the package and found the same issue. I know it had been past 30 days but they are defective. One was just removed from the package and never used.

Seller doesn't respond to messages, Ink cartridges are junk. Magenta, and Yellow were only half full.
Printed 7 sheets with 1 inch colored header and had to replace Magenta (replace ink cartridge). Black doesn't even have a locking tab on the cartridge. sent pics of cartridge's still in wrapper and you can see the Magenta, and Cyan are only half full. What a Joke
