I have used them for mixing protein drinks, flour and milk or water for gravy, dry cheese in some mac&cheese dinner boxes. Powder has to be pretty easily dissolved, and the mini mixer will do the rest! Choices of mixer attachments are a real plus for varied powders you are dealing with. I never go on a trip without it, that's for sure!
