    Quick and Simpe and "It Works"

    I was ready to buy a new printer when I got the idea to replace the print head. Typed in the printer model number and "print head" and up came the Ebay site. I ordered it and installed it in a few seconds and it worked. How good is that?

    Just what we needed

    This kit worked perfectly. It saved us having to buy a new printer. Initially, there were black splotches that came out on the paper (probably something on one of the rollers as they were evenly spaced) but eventually those went away. I don't know if that was something with the print head or like I said, some ink had gotten on one of the rollers. In any event, $70 was cheaper than $100-$200 to replace the entire printer.

    Affordable replacement

    Bought for HP photosmart b209a. Used potentially dried up/ clogged cartridge.After thorough cleaning/ soaking in diluted alcohol overnight it works fine. If dealing with messy stuff is not your cup of tea than you should buy elsewhere, otherwise it saves you a good amount of money.

    Worked perfectly after software sync. Thumbs up!!

    It worked perfectly once the printer software synced itself. I was very concerned at first. I installed the new printhead and the printer went through its setup machinations and the word 'FAILURE' scrolled on the screen. I was completed disappointed. But I know how software works. So I turned both the computer and the printer completely off for 10 minutes. Then when I turned both on, the printer synced and everything was great. The printer has been performing perfectly ever since. I would recommend this product.
