Item was shipped to an old address. Mail is forwarded, packages are not. I contacted them to see what they would do help. I said that I had to move, I am a very recent widow, & anything they could do to help would be appreciated. At this time of the year when kindness is meant to be extended, they weren’t willing to work with me at all, with a replacement (ex slightly discounted/shipping taken care of). I will never use this seller again and I can’t recommend them. Customer service is lacking.
