Both controllers were really dirty, they were covered in grease that I needed to clean off. One has it's buttons so gummed up and stiff it is basically unusable, I will have to open up both and clean again.I was given a big recommendation about the store by a friend, so I think this is just a one off. I am definitely purchasing again and just assume it as a one off.
