    Great Product!

    First time using this seasoning. Pretty simple to make summer sausage if you have the right equipment. Directions were easy to follow but would recommend looking up a better smoking technique if you plan to do so. The meat tasted great and I plan to use more of their seasoning products.

    Old Plantation Summer Sausage seasoning

    It was quite good, but I felt the price was a bit much for a 25# batch. I made a batch of my old family (seasoning) recipe & I made it fir just a fraction of the cost! 👍
