Then, I couldn't get the 2 monitors to work correctly, they gave me step by step instructions on how to fix it. They took a little longer than I would have liked to respond to my questions, but when they answered they gave a thorough and correct answer. I would definately buy from them again. Great customer service.

Once computer was set up, which was easy, powered on noticed computer was slow even after inserting the Wi-Fi adapter that was provided. Contacted the Seller [several times] and he gave me tips and instructions on what I should do. The seller provided exceptional customer service making sure the computer functioned as described in description. I appreciate all the help I was given by the seller!!
