The system should be changed, whereby when Royal Mail 'Tracking' is shown on Ebay the item should be physically with Royal Mail. If I hadn't contacted the seller I would have been waiting indefinitely. This has happened before to me, where the item is displayed by Tracking, but the tracking is never updated and you suspect the item has not been posted.
