The sleave is solid vs slotted on the original, so you have to line up straight, no forgiveness. After sanding off 40 years of corrosion on the head pipe, applied anti-seize.. Unbolted air filter housing to gain 1/4". Wife used prybar to force out the head pipe. Finally got the new muffler in place. Does not go on all the way because of slotted hole limits.
