Prompt shipping and pre-programmed LCM performed as promised. Core charge refund was prompt as well. Lights were not working as should and constant chime in dash on a 2004 Lincoln Town Car. Ford no longer makes the LCM and just to scan and verify problem was same cost as this LCM from Repair Pro. Not having to have it programmed at a dealership after installing is a big plus.
