End pieces are good polished chrome. Center bumper section a bit rough. Valance is straight and was what I expected. Sharp edges where the grille openings were stamped out. Don't cut yourself. Item shipped promptly, was packaged well, and arrived in-tact. Does not include chrome bolts to attach bumper ends to center section. If you don't want to re-use your old ones, you might want to order some when you order the bumper and valance. And as described, expect to scuff, prime and paint the valance
