Item came sooner than expected, brand new OEM. Got it cut and programmed by local Locksmith. Works great.

Expensive, but worth it. It's a short trip without a key.
The Lexus OEM Factory Blank sub-key works perfectly. However, it is a bit expensive. It has a transponder inside the key that interacts with the car, and is required to function for the car to start. In addition to being cut, he key has to be programmed with this transponder code, which is unique to the individual car. Cost for the key to be cut and programmed ran $65.00. Also, I believe an old key, with the transponder code, is needed for the locksmith to program the key. Without an old key, the process becomes extremely more difficult, and expensive, since the car's transponder is buried DEEP behind the AC unit. (It is intentionally put there to make it difficult to access, for obvious security reasons.) Or the code has to be obtained from Lexus.The Lexus OEM Factory Blank sub-key works perfectly.
