Ad said it was a NEW box of 100 sewing machine needles. I got them 10 days after I ordered. It was an open box with a few needles missing. I messaged seller. They said the needles were new, and send them back for a refund. I need the needles, that is why I ordered them. Now, I take the time and send back, and look for more. Or keep, and leave feedback accordingly. Open Box, how do they know if they are all new or not?

Buyer claimed that there were only 98 needles in the box rather than 100. Those familiar with sewing would know that needles are not something that you can sell used. The buyer received new needles. We told the buyer "if you are not happy, please return for a refund".
