We immediately reshipped the order with heavy absorbency pads instead of moderate(absorbs less than heavy ones)buyer purchased as a compensation and next day delivery service. We informed him to return them back for a refund. But he does NOT want to. He wants to keep the product and refund and states he will leave a negative feedback if we don't do what he said. We can still refund you when the product is returned.
