I've only ever used a synthetic, having bought one without much thought as to the different qualities of shaving brushes, and I can confidently say I will never use it again. After reading up on brushes (I was worried about them being too stiff or scratchy) I found Zenith recommended, and really it was far softer than I imagined it would be right out of the box. It continues to get better with use. Beautiful handle

    Great brush

    A really nice boar brush. Boar bristles are a little stiff so it works great on hard shave soaps (triple-milled for example). Love the heavy and sturdy aluminum handle. Probably will purchase another one. Highly recommend.

    Big Scrubby B14

    Fantastic brush! Once the boar hairs split, this brush becomes extremely soft and has great backbone. Whips up a lather in no time. I highly recommend this brush.
