I just bought the cartridges for my printer. I just received the parcel of the cartridges and I can see that the chip of the cartridge is different from the photo of the cartridge on eBay selling. I just put the cartridge on the printer and this cartridge fitted well. However, this printer said they could not recognise this cartridge due to the chip. I just contacted the seller to ask for a full refund. They still ignored me and they have not solved this issue. Very disappointing!

At first I was having problems in receiving my item bought around February 27th '24, but I finally had a replacement delivered on 4th April. The seller and I went through lot of communication, as I was upset for the delay. They later calm the situation by a replacement.
