    Used Switch

    In general everything was as expected for a used switch. Did find out the hard way it has a few dead ports which is why my review is not 100%. Assumed it was bad termination on my cables or patch panel for way to long before final realizing the switch just had some dead ports. I do not plan to use all 48 ports so I can get by with a couple dead ports so will still work for me.

    Excellent switch

    I wanted something that would go with the Cisco Ip phones I had ordered. It powers them up with POE no problem. Still learning the Cisco IOS but looking forward to studying for the CCNA as my first step now that I got all my Switches, Routers, Servers, Etc. Couldn't be happier with the product. It works and was able to set up and configure login and banner in no time. Still learning how to set up everything else.

    Good idea but

    This product is good for learning and only that but it's great for what it does with layer3 technology it covers all the basic for learning for beginners to much more advanced learners really great for your home lab and it's a Cisco so it should last and just keep moving I definitely recommend it for these purposes ther are others just like it but I thing this is the cheapest for all that it give you llike layer 3
