Tried numerous times. He will not list his phone number . He says NO returns. He knows he is ripping people off. Hate to be prejudiced but I should have checked dealing with an Asian. I am going to contest this purchase with my Credit Union and Visa Card tomorrow.

Item was properly packed and shipped out quickly. Will be buying another from this seller. Very trustworthy. AAA+++.

Although it was formatted for a Mac and I have Windows so I had to fix that through iTunes and it only took a few minutes. Just a note if you have the same issue. I’m so happy I could find the Nano as a Christmas gift for my husband!

I actually received what was pictured (serial numbers matched). It was wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a padded envelope - would have preferred a box. It works! Was able put wife's library on it, battery lasts a while. We connected it to our car for a recent trip - worked well. Hers was stolen, so it was nice to have a decent replacement. Only minor issue is that the photos in the listing were not of the specific racket being sold (photos clearly showed it was a 4 3/8 grip size) but the description given by the seller and the racket as shipped was actually 4 1/2.
