Very useful then, and at least as useful now!!
The HP-15C truly deserves to be call legendary. And the HP-15C LE does the original justice for the most part. This unit is packed with MANY useful functions that are easily accessible. Its physical design is very ergonomic thus making it a pleasure to use. I love the tactile feedback of the keys. The key-code programming is not as straightforward as what is found on some other, later units, but I have gotten quite proficient at it. I have since developed very useful programs that I use on an almost daily basis. This unit has become one of my best friends, and I would gladly recommend it for other Scientists and Engineers.The HP-15C truly deserves to be call legendary. HP 15C scientific calculator.
I have used these calculators for 50+ years. They use reverse Polish logic, which is easy to learn and far better than that on other calculators. It lets you enter a number and THEN decide the operation you wish to use. Much easier when doing a series of operations as you don't have to plan way ahead the sequence to follow. I bought a second recently, but the first is still working just fine after all these years. An absolutely EXCELLENT product!!!! They're available on e-Bay.I have used these calculators for 50+ years.
