good sound, but at the price of comfort
the sound on these headphones are good, very enjoyable. Only issue I have is the earphone is smaller that the actual ear, so it doesn't encase the ear into the earphone. However after looking at Beats and other headphones, it looks like this is the new standard for headphones. If you wear glasses, it will be additionally uncomfortable to wear after a period of time (for me it was between 1hr. and 90 minutes) and you have to take them off and massage your ears and temple areas. As much as I like the sound, I will be going back to earbuds. I wanted to give only 3.5 stars, but the options isn't there.the sound on these headphones are good, very enjoyable. super cans for kids, not for descrete adult listening tho.
not for studio...colors sound for kids taste..bassy, fat, light weight...week headband, you find these break easy, cheap cables available everywhere tho. all in all a good phone or pod can set for listening..easy to drive, can sparkle at lo power quite well. Hip-Hop friendly music management, just dont over do the headband...plastic snaps SOOOOO easy.....ukelelejack.

Not worth the retail price, a good pair at an Ebay auction price though...
I am very happy with these headpnones I purchased in June 2013. I use the word happy because as a collector of headphones, I have used better, and worse. For the retail price of $129, they are a failure. Sony MDR-V55 for $79 at best buy beat these for sure. As for ebay auction prices in the $40-$60 range, I am happy with them. Now to detail. Build is overall good, strong, cool looking, soft on the head and ears, cable is sturdy, goes in tight both ends. control works good. However, after 10 minutes of use, I did notice they begin to hurt my ears, too tight i suppose. But sound quality is very good and loud with right player. Like an old school Ipod that booms out sound. But again, not worth the retail price as many companies are producing quality headphones for a much lower retail price.. ...
