    So Important

    Ex-smokers need to clear lung capillaries (or any circulation related problem head to toe), facial capillaries, and flushing niacin works MUCH MORE effectively than the non-flashing B-3, have been using this product for 9 years and Highly Recommend.

    It's niacin...take it and turn red...I prefer the 100mgs ..easier to control the dosage...if you take it at the wrong time the flush isn't as intense as the 250-500mgs
