Sent computer in for repair, right away they said it couldnt be fixed. I sent it to another place an already have it back and they did not try to sell me one for 1900.00. I am not sure if they are just trying to get the fee for checking it out or not but thats what it seems like. I was going to leave negative but I will go neutral. Doesnt seem right that another place can fix and I have to pay them 150 to look at it for nothing....

If you have an invoice from the company please email it over to us so we can get you refunded for the test fee. Although we typically do not move forward with repairs if there will be a reliability issue down the road as all our repairs are backed by with 1 Year warranty.
