    I purchased the boots on February 21. I contacted the seller March 5 after not receiving my item. Seller said they sent the wrong item and gave me a refund. At no time was I informed of this issue. If they sent the wrong item, why didn’t they send the correct item? Their excuse is questionable. Buyer beware.
