Unclear description of the product. For example, 18" Large is actually conflicting to the actual size. 18" would place the frame in the Medium category and the Large would place it in the Large category. So which is it? It actually was a 18" Medium frame. So half correct. Hope in the future this helps with actual size description.

18 inch is one of the actual dimensions. We provide a wide range of dimensions, including the MFG standard one, which is large. We also provided center to center, center to top, top tube, ect.... The buyer failed to READ THE AD. Bike sizing varies widely by make, model, year, wheel size, ect.... with some XL at 17", and some Small at 21". It is very important to READ THE AD, and if you do not understand it, to pay a professional for advice.

The rack is described as "not suitable for suspension forks" and that is true unless you are prepared to do some serious modification. I use it on a rigid 700C / 27" fork with cantilever brakes and it works fine.
