Bought adventure time season 2 for my daughter to watch whilst she is in hospital ,paid my money soon as the money came out of the bank the seller messaged me to say they wanted another £21.90 in order to send me the item I'd all ready bought so I've tried to cancel but it's too late so I want my money refunded as soon as possible,I'm fed up with people on eBay messing me around and ripping me off , I've been using vinted, soon as I use eBay again this happens

I did not ask seller for £21.90 and i have the emails to prove it. I asked if he wanted it sent well packaged for extra protection which would cost £1.90 extra or i could post as is as a large letter but with little protection so chance of getting damaged in transit. Customer went off on one, didnt read the emails asking which hed prefer as i was happy to do either but asked for a refund which i gave immediately. i only wanted to help with packaging given new price increases for couriers.
