Griddle and accessories are all made beyond expectations. Great features and easy to use!
Great products....all exceed the expectations. The first time I used it was for breakfast last Sunday and I had 11 people over. Fired up the griddle and went to cooking! Applied food in order of time to prepare and the Blackstone Griddle did the rest. So very pleased with the purchases. The grill cover even fit over the extended table add on. Made very well and the cost was more than reasonable for the quality of the cover....heavy duty with reinforced corners at all stress points. The only accessory for the griddle that I don't have is the top for the griddle and that is on order! Great products....all exceed the expectations. Don't buy it for burgers only.
The grease pan needs to be re-vamped by blackstone. It doesn't do the job. I would not recommend this unit for burgers. I've tried Angus beef, also 85/15 it doesn't matter, grease splatter is really bad. The taste of burgers are not very good. Nothing compared to a grill. With all that said. Chicken breast, veggies, eggs all good. The only downside is the grease pan and cooking meats ( burger) that makes a mess. The grease pan needs to be re-vamped by blackstone. It doesn't do the job.
