When a seller that says.. ‘I'm not exactly sure how this is my fault to be honest. But I truly feel your anguish!’ when a poster arrives damaged because they used a thin poster tube to ship their items across the country, then you know this isn’t a good seller. Would not look to deal with this store again in future. Heed the warning and go somewhere else!

This was the actual message I initially sent - "I'm so sorry that it got bent! That really sucks! I wrote all over the tube to not do as much as you can see. I'm not exactly sure how this is my fault to be honest. But I truly feel your anguish!" But entitled Michael feels I owe him the world when in fact it's not my fault. I've used a standard poster tube to mail it out and to be honest it doesn't matter what tube you use if the handlers mishandle it. Aluminum tube? Kevlar lining? BEWARE of Mike
