    The seller used USPS insurance against breakage with a $100.00 limit unless additional is paid for. The antique dish arrived broken. I notified the sender who stated he would make the claim. But he did nothing; I contacted him, then he said I must make the claim; NOT TRUE, either the sender or the receiver can; so, I did. There is a 60-day time limit claims, his inaction might have made me miss the. I got a $100.00 check from USPS, but I'm out $57.09 because he underinsured the plate.
