Microbiology meets new age through the power of positive thinking
One of the best books written by a medical professional (microbiologist, professor and cellular specialist) on the inner workings of the human cell and how there may be a connection between positive thinking and electrochemical interactions between the mind and the cells in the body. You don't need to be a college graduate to understand this book and it has received very high ratings all over. I've read the 2005 and 2008 editions and plan to get the 2011 edition to check any revisions. Food for thought
It’s a little heavy reading if you’re not familiar with biology but it gives Bruce Lipton credibility for the topics he covers in the book.

Hoping it helps others...
This book is way too scientific and biologically-based. I had expected techniques and suggestions for actual thought processes to implement change, and almost nothing came until the 5th chapter. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive and that was the propellant for the purchase
